Making an Exchange
Exchanges must be made within 30 days of order receipt for merchandise purchased at full retail price.

For all returns, please specify the item to being returned as well as the replacement size and color on the return/exchange label. Please include the form in your return package. Simply affix the postage-paid return label to your package and drop it in the mail, and we'll send your new item free of shipping charges.

If you're exchanging an item because of an error on the part of HighLineOutfitters.com or because of quality issues, High Line Outfitters will pay the shipping cost to send a replacement item to you. The replacement order will be sent via Standard Ground Delivery.

Returned items for exchange will be credited to the original form of payment and a new order will be placed for replacement item(s). Availability of replacement item is not guaranteed. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of exchange processing.

Prices and Quantity Limits
High Line Outfitters reserve the right to accept or decline any order, or any portion thereof, even after the receipt of an order confirmation. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to prohibit sales to dealers and/or to limit quantities purchased. In the event that an incorrect price appears on HighLineOutfitters.com, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel orders placed at the incorrect price, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or your credit card charged. If your order is canceled and your credit card has already been charged, we will promptly issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
