Returns and Exchanges
Items must be in like-new condition and unworn to be accepted as a return or an exchange.  Breeches must include their original packaging bag.

Full-Price Merchandise
The full amount will be credited to the original tender (credit card, gift card, or online gift certificate) if returned within 30 days of the ship date on your invoice and accompanied by the original invoice.

Sale-Price Merchandise
Sale Price Merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 30-days only in the cases of product defect or error on the part of HighLineOutfitters.com. Please see Making an Exchange for specifics. In all other cases, sales of reduced-price goods are final.

Returning a Gift
Gift recipients who return an item and do not want an exchange will be issued a HighLineOutfitters.com online gift certificate. Please include your email address so that we can confirm the receipt of your return and issue you your online gift card.

Return Shipment
Returns and exchanges must be made within the guidelines in our Return Policy. All returns will be credited to the original form of payment unless otherwise specified on the return/exchange form. Your credit card account will be credited upon processing of the returned item(s), and the credit should appear on your next statement. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of return processing.

Please use the original box and packing materials. A postage-paid return label has been provided for your convenience. Affix the label to your package and leave it in a secure location, normally used for outgoing mail or take it to your local post office.

We will deduct $8 from your order refund for return postage when using the postage-paid return label. If you choose to pay the return postage yourself, you will not be charged the return shipping fee. The $8 fee does not apply to gift returns from a gift recipient or size exchanges. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of return processing.

Making an Exchange
Exchanges must be made within 30 days of order receipt for merchandise purchased at full retail price. 

For all returns, please specify the item to being returned as well as the replacement size and color on the return/exchange label. Please include the form in your return package. Simply affix the postage-paid return label to your package and drop it in the mail, and we'll send your new item free of shipping charges.

High line Outfitters wants you to be satisfied with the way yoyur breeches fit, and we know that it's sometimes hard to guess without trying them on.  For this reason, all exchanges made on breeches for sizing concerns will be free of shipping charges to our customers.  If you're exchanging an item because of an error on the part of HighLineOutfitters.com or because of quality issues, High Line Outfitters will pay the shipping cost to send a replacement item to you. The replacement order will be sent via Standard Ground Delivery.

Please allow 10 to 12 business days for us to receive and process your return or exchange.
